Nestled just below the slopes, this "Lower Deer Valley" vacation home is centrally located in the Quicksilver Townhomes of Rossie Hill. Lower Deer Valley is known as the “most conveniently located of all the resort's sub-neighborhoods.” If you want to be at the base of the ski resort AND within five minutes of Old Town & Park City's Historic Main Street, then you have found the right location. We have a private hot tub, several balconies, and charming views of the surrounding mountain sides.

Easy access to Deer Valley Resort and Park City's charming Main Street. Skiers of all ages and abilities enjoy immediate access to the slopes and ski school. Plus, a variety of restaurants, shops, nightlife, and including popular community events such as the Sundance Film Festival events are all just a short distance away.

Our Deer Valley neighbors include: Foxglove, Stonebridge, Pinnacle, and Aerie, not too far from all Deer Valley lodges: Lodges at Deer Valley, Black Diamond Lodge, Snow Park Lodge, Comstock Lodge, Silver Baron Lodge, Grand Lodge, Ontario Lodge, Stag Lodge, Sterling Lodge, Trails End Lodge, St. Regis, Deer Crest, & Empire Pass. 

Three Mountain Resorts

In Park City, you have the choice of three mountain resorts for recreation. They are all located within the same general vicinity. Deer Valley Resort is the most exclusive of Park City’s ski resorts, and does NOT allow snowboarding. It’s also one of the best resorts for beginner skiers. Park City Mountain Resort (PCMR) is the original ("OG")* Park City "ski hill" and is directly accessed from downtown Main Street using the Town Lift. Canyons Resort is the newest ski slope of the three, and sits just down the road, beyond the iconic meadow barn, not too far from the Olympic Village complex.  Our Rossie Hill Quicksilver townhome is centered right in the middle of the action.

*The original Park City ski hill debuted as Treasure Mountain in 1963. The name later changed to Park City Ski Area in 1966, then rebranded to Park City Mountain Resort in 1996.

Our Rossie Hill neighborhood is a peaceful, tree-covered niche that caters to an active and convenient lifestyle. Situated just on the edge of vibrant Old Town, it's a cherished locale with a decidedly outdoor wilderness feel. Deer Valley Drive road is down below and the higher lifts of Upper Deer Valley Resort are just above.

This home sits immediately adjacent to acres and acres of preserved open space filled with lush vegetation, diverse wildlife, a network of extensive hiking and biking trails, and beautiful scenic vistas around every turn.
