Deer Valley Resort hosts the world's most elite ski athletes who  compete Intermountain Health Freestyle International Ski World Cup. This annual event held in February, on the resort's world-renowned slopes features the globe's top athletes in moguls and aerials competition.

Deer Valley is both the athlete and fan favorite along the freestyle circuit each year. Thousands of fans come out in full force to enjoy three exciting nights of competition.

• Location: The competition takes place at the base of White Owl and Champion ski runs at Deer Valley Resort. Allow 10-15 minutes to walk up to the competition venue once at Snow Park. The Snowflake Lift is available for public rides to get you 80% of the way. All guests will need to walk through a security checkpoint. No Bags, dogs or weapons allowed.

• Free Admission: The best part? Entry to the competition is free!

• Parking: Parking at Deer Valley Resort can get crowded during peak season. Consider arriving early or using alternative transportation like the Park City free bus system. The Brown Bus from Richardson Flat Park & Ride may be a good option as it will run extended hours with more frequent buses. Public Buses will have priority exiting at the conclusion of the event. • Seating: There are no designated seating areas for the World Cup. Spectators can stand along the course fencing or find a spot on the slopes with a good view of the competition area.

• Weather: Be prepared for winter weather conditions. The venue is outdoors. Dress warmly in layers.  Be prepared for outdoor weather and standing on snow. Wear appropriate boots and outerwear to keep you warm in cold nighttime weather.
