Coffee Station - This home features two separate coffee makers: Keurig K-Cup and a regular drip coffee maker. Coffee is not provided so please purchase this for your enjoyment.
Privacy - Yes. The privacy. You have the entire space to yourself. Minimal noise and disruption. This is a privately owned home, and not part of a hotel, or front desk group.
Bright & Sunny - Lots of energy efficient windows help make the townhome bright and sunny as well as providing great views of the surrounding terrain and open space.
Spacious Backyard - A tranquil, wooded backyard, nestled in the Lower Deer Valley, is also kid-friendly with plenty of safe space for sledding. Virtually your own private sledding hill right outside your back door.

Free Public Transportation - Steps away. Park City offers FREE transportation buses that run all over town. The fare-free transit system is the best way to get around town and provides easy access to recreational and ski areas, and shopping and dining areas without the worries of having to drive your own car and find parking.
Central Location - Rossie Hill is located on a historic hillside in Old Town Park City and nearly equidistant to Main Street and Deer Valley Resort. You're literally in the middle of all the area has to offer, including restaurants, shopping and world-class recreation opportunities!
Walkability - You can easily walk to Park City Main Street from here. It's worth repeating just how accessible this location is on foot. You don't have to spend hours in traffic. You can even walk to summer concerts and international World Cup events.
Mild Terrain - Compared to many of the surrounding areas of Upper Deer Valley, this Rossie Hill location enjoys less steepness, meaning hiking, biking, and walking to Old Town are generally more accessible. There are still decent inclines, but they are more gradual, and offer better protected pedestrian thoroughfares.
Laundry Room - Private, full-size, front load washer and dryer in unit, with a drying rack for all clothes.
Smart Streaming HDTVs - Large flat-screen televisions in every room. Stream hundreds of shows and channels.

Sleep Number Bed - This home features a Sleep Number bed in the upstairs Master bedroom. Adjust the firmness of the mattress on both sides, change the elevation of the head and foot of the bed, foot warming, & set a night light if preferred.
Electric Blinds - This home features wireless electric Hunter Douglas shades. All the rooms shades can be operated with the touch of a button.
Private Garage - Dedicated private garage to park one car, and store all of your outdoor gear. The property can be accessed by private stairwell from the garage or by outside stairwell to the front door. Park your car and leave it.
Equipment Storage - The racks and cubbies are for you to use. You're welcome to leave your ski equipment, boots, poles, bicycles, & e-bikes in our private garage.
Water Softener - This home features a Crusader water softener which provides cleaner and softer water and is also made in the USA.
Free Parking - A private, ONE CAR enclosed garage is included. Though if you visit Park City in the winter, you may enjoy NOT having a personal vehicle. See our Getting Around page for details.

Books & Board Games - A generous collection of adult fiction and children's story books and board games are always available in the unit.
