Park City's Fourth of July Celebration is hosted on July 4. The day kicks off with a 5k fun run, parade (begins at 11:00 a.m.), games and gathering in City Park, and will culminate with a drone show at Park City Mountain.
Details continue to emerge. Park City and Summit County often host additional events throughout the July 4th holiday weekend. See below for additional details. *
Many of the area resorts offer their own holiday happenings such as elevated barbeques and other festivities, so be sure to check their respective websites for dates and details.

Park City Fourth of July Celebration takes place on Thursday, July 4th, 2024.
Activity Highlights include:
4th of July Fun Run - July 4th, Starting at 8:00 am
Kick of the 4th of July celebrations with a 5k fun run to support Park City Ski & Snowboard club benefiting youth athletes. The race caps out at 1,000 runners so register early!
4th of July Parade - July 4th, Starting at 11:00 am -
Annual Park City Parade begins at the top of Main Street and continuing down Park Avenue there will be lots of room for friends and families to gather. A great Games and Gathering location is City Park, with activities and entertainment throughout the day. City Park is also a great location to view the drone show.
4th of July Drone Show - July 4th, Starting Time TBD
Our lively celebrations culminate in the evening with the 4th annual Park City drone show. Not sure where to watch the drone show from? Park City Mountain is best. You should also have a good view of the show from Park City Golf Course, City Park, and Lower Main Street.

Canyons Village at Park City Mountain hosts their annual Forum Fest event, a free, multi-day celebration, featuring live music, fireworks, drone shows, family activities, and a variety of food and beverages, offering the perfect Fourth of July experience for Park City residents and visitors alike.
Limited parking for Forum Fest will be in the Cabriolet, Red Hawk, and Silverado Parking Lots. The Cabriolet and Frostwood Gondolas will be offering complimentary rides. Hours subject to change.
